im going to guess .. i remember vaugly i may be wrong .. but 1.18 muscle machine have turbo chargers on them and i THINK thats where he got the turbos from ....

@quicknick. yeah i'm pretty sure he got em from muscle machines. but i remember someone said that only some muscle machines have turbos. so when you buy it make sure it has a turbo not a supercharger.

Im gonna buy one, take the WHOLE engine out and put it in ym lexus ;)

WELL I HAVE 3 MUSCLE MACHNES I HAV AN nsx skylike and a acura the skyline and nsx both have superchargers but the acura doesnot ... they also have some pretty realistic intercoolers ... if you can find a muscle machine pick it up ..

i havn't seen them in stores that much anymore. it seems as if playerz and jada has taken its shelf space up.

@la. nice to see you've been working but i must say that the carpet in the car looks likea piece of $hit. what i think you should do is put fiberglass or bondo or whatever inside the trunk to make a smooth sound system box. sort of liek on custom cars. and then paint it to match the exterior of the car. you can do something like this: http://www.ultaudio.com/pages/Detailed/361.html i mean it doesn't have to be as wild but do you see what i mean? it's painted around the speakers to match the car. and now on the hood, where did you get it form? are you going to add any vents or anyting like that?

and now, mike's thread is in the car modeling forum. his last time i checked a couple months ago was like 82 pages long or something like that. it' probably longer now. but yeah your thread is the longest over here in the dicast modeling forum. you passed me anyway! good job. and all i did was some repaint ont he interior and suede lol.

what hood are you using right now? btw i'm going to radio shack today and i'm going to try doing leds. to see if it's easy. my dad leded a puzzle and that semt pretty easy.

sorry those are the best i can get. i can try to get better ones. you can also do a huge vent in the middle. similar to the one i just showed you. so nothing is actully sticking above the hood line.

yeah i think vents going down would be a good idea however the engine may get in the way but should be able to sort somthing out, so is the car defently going blue do ya think ? :)

thanks noswil, really helpful :) yea i think candy blue would be a very nice colour, thanks agian for the advise, what could i use for break lines by the way ? i have found a way to make braided lines thanks the car modeling forum :) but aint too sure what i could use because it would have to be pretty damn thin.... got any ideas ?

brake lines hrmm. maybe a hardware store sells braided lines. check your local hardware store. if there insn't enough room under the hood do those two little vents on each side. but a mono vent or twin large vents would be really cool. and no problem.
