A man was painting a building. He fell off of a 60 foot ladder onto the pavement below. There was nothing there to break his fall yet he did not get injured at all. How is this possible?

He was only on the first rung... nothing said he is at the top of a 60 foot ladder... just that he fell off it.

If you're referring to the AEFHIKLMN..., it wasn't me and I'm gonna need another couple beers to solve that one.
Anyhow...
A man walks into a bar, asks the bartender for a glass of water.
The bartender looks at the man, pulls out a gun and fires the gun into the air (for all intents and purposes, the gun fires loud blanks only), then puts the gun away.
The man thanks the bartender and walks out of the bar, satisfied.

Fossils have been found of feathered flying dinosaurs giving support to the theory that birds evolved from dinosaurs. Since it is a proven fact that dinosaurs are hatched from eggs, it was, conceivably, an egg laid by a dinosaur from which the first "bird" was hatched.

I have several riddles for you guys.
1. There is a man who lives in an apartment complex on the 12th floor. When he leaves for work every day, he takes the elevator to the first floor, and continues out the front door of the complex and on his way to work. He get a one hour lunchbreak everyday at 1pm. When he comes home, he take the elevator to only the 6th floor, gets off of the elevator and walks the remaining 6 floors to his apartment. When he leaves to go back to work, he takes the elevator all the way down. When he returns, he uses the same method as he did when returning to his apartment for the lunchbreak. Why does he do this?
2. A man lives in the forest, and has all of his life. He has and continues to walk this same trail every day of his life to retrieve water from the stream not to far away. One day, he sees a cabin in the middle of the trail. This cabin was never there before. He looks through a window and there are 6 dead bodies. How did the cabin get there?
3. You are driving a bus early on a busy Monday morning. The bus makes the first stop and picks up 5 people. The second stop, it picks up 12 more people. On the third stop, 2 people get off. Can you figure out the age of the bus driver using the given information. If so, what is his age?
Someone I work with told me these. I know the answers to all 3, so if you guys get stupmed, I will tell you the answers. Enjoy. :)
