Go to a store w/ a weapon that can auto-aim and target the clerk. He'll start putting cash on the counter, up to 4, and as soon as you release the target or shoot him, he hits the alarm. 2-star minimum from it, 3-star if you wait for all 4 cash icons. You get $250 from each cash icon.

Allow me to revise:

If you use a one-shot-kill weapon, like the Python, you can let the clerk put one cash icon out, then shoot him. You'll get credit for robbing the store, but you'll only get one wanted star.
