In December's issue of Octane, there are a couple of references to the F1 - firstly on page 38 in the 'gearbox' section, is a man [Chris Hrabalek who apparently owns the largest collection of Lancia rally Speciales in the world] who has managed to obtain a steering wheel boss from an F1 owned by a friend of his, got it signed by Peter Stevens and Gordon Murray, and had it mounted on a plaque to hang in an office. It looks great. and i'm not jealous at all. Not one bit. :sarcasm1:

Secondly. (that's all I've read so far and I am out tonight, so hopefully tomorrow there may be another update with scans if the bloody thing is working) in the main feature on page 78 the F1 is classed as the Greatest Car of the '90s. Runners up were the Bugatti Eb110, Ferrari 550 and Lamborghini Diablo

Octane's issue 79 dropped on my doormat today - nothing really F1 related in it, apart from it states what is going to be in issue 80.....

Roawns #061 v the Bugatti Veyron - hopefully not just a re-hash of the Top Gear feature but a side by side comparison of the 2 on UK soil

In OCTANE issue #80, where Rowan Atkinson pitches his F1 against a Veyron at Rockingham, he states -
