ford probe with 2.5L V6 burning coils!!
Im thinking of buying this car to fix it and drive it i know that it has been sitting for about a year, they guy told me that it keeps buring the coils in it and that he wasnt going to put any more money in it so does anyone have any ideas about this car and what the problem could be. Thank you for the information.

Burning many coils is an electrical fault a best. With the routing of ignition coils it could be as simple as a bad ground wire. Here is an illustration of things that can go wrong and what to seek out. http://www.classictruckshop.com/club...e/ignition.htm
