18" Mustang Wheels on my Windstar
As some of you know my daily driver is a '96 Ford Windstar.
Earlier this year I got this crazy idea to put Mustang wheels on it for the summer, and put winter tires on my factory wheels for the winter. Bought some take-offs and a set of wheel adapters... After a buncha headaches everything worked out. Anyway, it warmed up today so I quickly through them on for a test fit and drive. Everything works perfectly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yes I need to paint the calipers.

Very nice look! When you're painting, you may want to brush black-out that down standing flange on the rocker panel. Just a thought.

Re: 18" Mustang Wheels on my Windstar
Sorry to bump an old thread. I ended up selling my Windstar in March. The wheel adapters that I had made are for sale. If you want to do what I did and put Mustang wheels (or any 5x114.3 wheel) on your Windstar, here's your chance. The adapters are basically brand new. I put them on mid winter for a test fit and to take the pictures I posted above, then took them back off. Was going to use them in the summer, but ended up selling the Windstar.
