ITALERI 1 /24 Ferrari 275 NART Spyder (1967)

It's the first time I post here, so I wait for comments.
This is built from the ITALERI 1 /24 kit for Ferrari 275 NART Spyder (1967).

The colour is from Zero Paint Tyrrell Blue , with ZP Clear.
The interior is painted with Tamiya Black, detailed with seat belts, flocking, new pedals and aluminium details.
The engine is wired and detailed.
Engine and gearbox was painted with Humbrol Polished Aluminium.

This was the first time after many years, I finish a model.
Some old projects you can see here.

Nice work, and you did a good job of intergrating the front and rear lower valences! Though, that's the flatest clearcoat I've seen. Intentional?

Re: ITALERI 1 /24 Ferrari 275 NART Spyder (1967)

Dear Nosfer,
I use pre-thinned clearcoat lacquer from Zero and i spray to levels of clear. After I wax.
The matt surface, I think, is because of the spray distance or of the air humidity.
When I spray near to the model, I take better gloss surface but the lacquer runs or I don't have the same gloss cover to all the body.
I wait for tips.
It 's any better solution for clearcoat?
Thanks for the good word to all!

You need to put at least a few more coats of clear on it.

Dear gtziaf,
A surface looks smooth but does not glitter.
possibly you need to spray more levels and polish them better.... or change lacquer
