Ferrari 360 Modena, fully open (complete)

I finally got off my butt and took some completion photos

The WIP thread is here

Too lazy to get a new engine detail shot

And some more random shots, I hope you enjoy them.

After all the building stress, you get to stress out even more at an expo if you like! Actually, the comps are just huge fun, no one cares who wins really. My biggest problem at these things is trying to keep my wallet closed! (within reason of course - actually, without reason!...)

Great incentive to start a new model. Not to get an award, but just to add a bit to the whole exercise - don't need to win, just attend an event and see what people are doing.

Now, mind you, there are *some* rewards worth winning (for jano11)

Thanks to everyone for all the great feedback and help I got during this build. This forum is fabulous thanks to all you guys.

Re: Ferrari 360 Modena, fully open (complete)

Thanks! I dunno what's next. Suggestions welcome! This was supposed to be a simple out of box build but I see no one here can stick to that promise, so I won't even try in the future.

Not that I was not scrolling down in search of ladies but then again i scrolled up and down and up .... This is truly an awesome build, fit is perfect, even the wheels that I thought will not look good...they do...look good.
Great work Mark.

Re: Ferrari 360 Modena, fully open (complete)

What I really admire is that all doors close fantastically. When closed nobody will ever notice the work you put into this one. The paint job was admired by me already in the WIP. Great model.
