60 Red Years: 1969 Ferrari 312P
This is a Fisher resin 1/24 kit finished with Tamiya TS8 and no clear...and polished to a 'race car finish' eventhough they were much more rough back then.
The wheels are painted with Alclad Pale Gold, the interior is a custom mix acrylic red-orange. The build is box stock except for replacing the kit resin tires with MFH 70's vintage rubber ones. These kits are a joy to build and look great as simple as they are...to bad all Fisher kits are out of production atm. Link to real car pics: http://www.imca-slotracing.com/Ferrari312P.htm

Wow, Lovely shine on the model and it's the little details that set it off. Also, quite a strange car, I ve never heard of this particular ferrari before this great model.

 Now I know why the question recently about the right shade of gold for 60's Ferrari racing wheels  I wish all kits were as satisfying to build as a typical Fisher kit. Simplicity rules

Very nicely done! I am about to order a 330 and was wondering what wheel color I would need. This looks like my match. That looks like a pretty simple build there. I'll bet it is a pleasure to build!

wow great shine. Even the race cas weren´t that shiny back then, I like this look way more. And you photo setup adds a lot to the great quality of your modeling.
