ecs...sport, touring
i have many small problems with my stealth turbo. one of which is the light for the suspension, in the left bank on the dash, it is blinking tour and sport, at the same time, i know its not the exhaust cause that works. but are both tour and sport supposed to flash at the same time or not?
also is there a noticable difference between exhaust types, like sport and tour, the noise level? another thing is the turbo wider than the base and es? i bought a car cover and the strap broke cause it couldnt reach under the front, and the box said it was made for a few cars including the 3/s's. o i know the stealth is lighter but, in the 2nd gen was the difference like 600lbs, 3750 for the 3kgt vr4 and 3100 for the stealth turbo. i did get the wieghts from a game, but games tend to be right about that type of stuff, power, tq, wieght, it was forza motorsports. |

ECS check the wires on the top of the struts under the dust covers, make sure they are all connected. Aftermarket struts/springs will cause problems with it as well, so that maybe the issue. Or it could be the actual module in teh trunk of hte car. Active exhaust, yes there is a change in tone. I can't describe it because I don't have it on mine. But sport should be louder. No the turbo isn't wider, they are all the same body panels. If your car cover didn't reach it's because it was some cheap universal car cover that 'fits' multiple cars...not one designed for your car. The stealth isn't that much lighter, check the FAQ, htere are links to specs with exact weight differences. Quote:

Re: ecs...sport, touring
the car cover is a universla, hence the reason it could probalby fit the length of a cadillac from the 70's.
the suspension is stock. and i dont get a change in tone on the exhaust at all, tho there isnt any pressure coming out of the right exhaust tips, just the left hand side |
