Ugly Dealer painted on thing on back of car

Yuck ..... i have seen those stupid stickered/painted on dealer advertisements they place on all there cars and its gay and annoying..... how do you get those off?

is it painted or is it just a decal? If its a decal use some bug and tar remover from an auto parts store and spray it right on. Then use your fingernails or a plastic knife to remove them. You might also try using decal remover but ive never tried it.... probably works better than bug and tar remover haha

Apply some heat to it from something like a blow drier to loosen the glue
