They dont tell, cuz 2f2f is retarted at to many lvls to mention. You cant tell if its a mkIV or III or anything else. Actualy I wouldnt doubt it if it were a N/A because they put in tweaked sound-FX later in the editing.

alot of the cars in 2f2f were privetly owned and it could have been turboed but only the owner would know for shure.
