Fastest Formula?

I'm trying to figure out what formula to go for..... what is the best?

F090/S
F686/M
F094/H
F687/S
F688/S

Any information would be great....

Actually, they are about equal. There is the one which has more HP, but if I remember right, it is the one you don't have.

I lost my GT3 database in a harddrive failure and I'm not going to dig for my printed copy.... What a bummer, took me hundreds of hours to complete... but my memory has it that 5 of the 6 cars have identical power, weight, and capability, but the sixth has a few more horses!

F094S?

Good Luck... Maybe I'll fireup GT3 and have the right answer later. I have all six on a gamefile somewhere.

I don't remember which I did the best in, but the F686/M has the most HP. The settings make a world of difference in those cars, and I still believe the most HP of them is the best considering all else is nearly identical. I was wrong on my previous post... ooops...

F090/S 725HP
F094/H 829HP
F094/S 829HP
F686/M 973HP
F687/S 932HP
F0688/S 829HP

Unless there is a notable difference in the power curves, the 973 HP of the 686 far better than the 094. Besides, it is the hardest of them to obtain if I remember right also. It's just a matter of selecting the right gear spread and shifting right. That is really ticky with theses cars because the tach seems to be messed on on the numbers, at least on my two GT3 disks... Oh yes... Able to Head to Head without a split screen... Two PS2's and two GT3 games in this house.

I agree. The F-094/S is the fastest accelerating car in GT3. The highest top speed goes to the Escudo Pikes Peak with a Turbo Kit Stage 4 (giving it 1886 horsepower). As for the fastest Formula in tarms of top speed, I'm not sure...

The F-094/S got me around Laguna Seca in 58 seconds...

Re: Fastest Formula?

Well, perhaps the 094 has faster acceleration if you use auto-shift, but in manual shifting, the 686 is better! The optimum shift points are not where the auto shift transmission shifts at!

Re: Fastest Formula?

I like the 688 just because of I like the way the turbo car drives. I haven't played GT3 since 4 came out but I'm pretty sure that's the turbo.
