2000 Blazer Sun Visor mirror cover

The plastic cover that covers the mirror broke where it snaps into the hinge. This cover turns the mirror light on and off. Is there anywhere to get a new cover, other than the dealer or a way to fix it? The dealer said they come as the complete visor assembly for about $250 each? I already tried Ebay and set I recieved had the same hinge area broke.

Thanks,
Mike

Bummer- I have the same problem too. Just one of my hinges broke on my passenger sunvisor. Any help would be awesome.

Also the elastic stretch bands on my sunvisors are way stretched out.
