I wanna see your system!!

Well, this is not my first system install, but it is my first install being a Bostwick dealer!! I'm not through with it yet, but I'm proud of it. My main purpose was for it to look good and sound frickin awsome! (ya know, demo) I would like to see some pics of some more system setups. I know I started this thread a little early b/c I don't even have pics yet, but I'm taking some at lunch.

I got...err had, 2 12's in the bed of my truck (until i blew em). The cab's cut...amp rack in the back, etc..

So now i'm lookin for another pair of twelves...think you could hook me up with a pair? I got a MMATS 500.2 Class D amp to run em off of. Not having bass is driving me crazy.

Re: I wanna see your system!!

Oh yeah, I'm sure I could hook you up. What kind are you looking for? Right now, I'm just starting out, so Bostwick, Sony, and uh..a few other kinds are all I have access to at dealer prices, but I'm adding more brands each day. I can usually sell them for cheaper than Crutchfield, bt the only thing that might concern me is the shipping costs to you..I'll check on it this afternoon. I got the Bostwick HDX series dual 4ohm voice coil 12's, got 'em bridged down to 1 ohm on a DA500.1 Bostwick class D amp...oh yeah, and a 1 farad cap which is awsome..I gotta go take pics here in a few minutes..

Just lookin for a decent pair, nothing earthshattering. My MMATS is a 500 watt 2 ohm stable class D, not sure about the rest of the specs. Perhaps you could match me up a pair that'll do well with my amp?

I had a pair of Kove Armageddon 12" M series, but this little powerhouse of an amp fried them after about 3 months

Ok, Here's some pics of it all, they were taken with a palm pilot, so they aren't as good as I had hoped. But still, I built the boxes and all...

Re: I wanna see your system!!

Looks sweet. I've been wanting to get me an enclosure designed somethin like that with the amp rack in the center.

Lol, yeah, I had to remove the jack cover out, which is still crusing around in the bed of the truck . But thanks on the compliments, I designed the whole thing to look as good as possible, in order to hopefully attract some new customers, but it still pounds!! Nobody much knows about the Bostwick brand, guess becuz they're built in Georgia.

Oh yeah, and Brandon, me and my partner built this enclosure from scratch, carpet and all. We did look at a ProBox to get the design idea from it, but as far as the actual cutting/building stuff, we did it. It saved like 75% over buying a box.

Re: I wanna see your system!!

Ok, if you can give me a little bit I'll take a pic of mine. Its a little older, and I'm about to replace it, but damn it looks cool. It changes like 14000 different colors.

Ignore the litte gap at the top left of the unit, the guy that was helping me put my stuff in didnt line it all up. It's not usually like that, and it's driving my crazy

Re: I wanna see your system!!

ok. it looks a little funny seeing a little radio their. but i guess its gotta be done. Unless you buy a one of thoes laege faced ones i guess.
Im not too much into car audio as far as companys and all the technical stuff. I guess i just want to see what is out their before i go puttin in some pice of crap.

Is it possible to keep the factory SCV (speed controlled volume i think) with an aftermarket radio??? I really like havin that.

Re: I wanna see your system!!

I think that some of the higher up stereo's have that built in. It's just a function of the stereo. I know that some Alpine units had it for awhile but, these days I don't know.
