Making of Skyline Coupe 350GT

I haven't built Latest Japanese car for several years.
this is latest Fujimi kit. I think this kit is expensive for contents.

Shaved inside of wheel arches 'cause this body has a thick Plastic.

Applied gray primer and painted mixed gun metal.

Here are chassis,wheels and interior.
chassis is very simple and wheels looks nice.
I was surprised at back of seats. it's molded!
like NSX-R, current Fujimi's it is molded.

Looks pretty good for a new Fujimi kit. I am planning on getting the Nismo, but the stock one might be okay of the rims are big enough.

How big are the rims? Are they real 18" rims, or are they 17" like so many Fujimi rims? If they are the same size as the NSX rims, they are too small. If they are the size of the RX-8, they will be perfect.

Thanks for sharing the pictures, I look forward to seeing this one finished.

Looks pretty good. Keep us posted on how the build goes.

I can't believe they made the Skyline like that now. The R-34 was so nice, now its just the G-35.

Looks very cool, and good to see how you done the sanding inside the arches , I was looking for a quick and easy method for doing that, now, it's just a matter of getting the dremel and getting to work!

Good to see you've tried another japanese car!

Looks pretty good in my book. Glad to see you're the first one to post one of these, Kunta. It really gives me a good idea of what the kit can turn out like.

Nice colour!!! what else did you mix with that gun metal to get this colour?

This should be another masterpiece, always look forward to any of your builds, its a standard that i hope to achieve someday.

350 gt hmm? I got a wicked idea for the stock kit. Since it's a 350, and I've got a modern day efi 350 sbc laying around, I think I might do an engine conversion, if my LHS carries it.
