Making of BMW M Coupe

This is Revell 1:24 prepaint kit.
striped the blue paint by brake fluid. applied mixed cream yellow pearl
after gray->white->yellow primer.
removed molded front/side turn lights and washer nozzles on a hood.

Looks great! How did you remove the glass? My kit the glass is glued in pretty tight, haven't had the guts to try to remove it.

Mine will be painted white w/BMW corner flag graphics, to depict the very last M Coupe built. It's on display at the BMW Zentrum museum.

I'm using airbrush, make narrow the nozzle and down air pressure when paint small duct or complicated shape like this models's front bumper.
Thanks.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. Perhaps use the freezer first. The glue is right up to the edge of the glass at the top of the windshield, and that area of the body needs some smoothing, in the area of the trim strip.

Here is the final M Coupe as displayed at the BMW Zentrum museum near Spartanburg, SC. It's a cool museum and they have a factory tour to see the Z4 and the X5 assembly. On either side of the white M Coupe are the final Z3 and the final M Roadster built. Notice that the three cars are the colors of the US flag, red, white, and blue.
