Should I get a Nissan 300zx N/A, Low miles on a JDM engine (less the 40K). HKS Megaflow intake and Megaflow Sports exhaust. T-tops for the upcomming summer. Autometer Air/Fuel ratio guage and battery guage in pod and a premium sound system. It has an etremly clean leather interoir. OR a 300ZX TT???????????????????????????????????????????
(and cuz im curious how much horsepower does a stock Nissan 300zx N/A have?) |

I saw the TT in the US has 320HP stock... Like the 3000GT's a SL has 222HP and the VR-4 (TT) has 320HP ... Maybe I'm mistaken.

Show your TT's
Both cars are great, but one is so much faster and i'm pretty sure you'll regret getting the TT after you drive the NA for a while. Ask most of the guys who post "NA to TT" questions. The 90-95 manual Z gets 300 HP (not to the wheels) and the 96 gets 280. The automatics have smaller Turbos and 90-96 push "only" 280 HP...but they run 0-100 faster than a Manual. You quarter time should be upper 13's. With 2-3 grand in upgrades, you can run high 12's. The NA's are great cars too but power (and the 4 wheel steering at 20-70 MPH) is the main difference. The NA's run very low 15's. Neither car is know to be a great Drag car, suck off the line...but this car wasn't designed for that. It's about all around performance, Style and Comfort. Remove the Top Speed Limiter and a stock TT can get over 170 and those 2-3 grand in mods can get you over 190 mph. I hope you never try that at home of course. The drawbacks...Money, money, money. When you buy things for this Car (even the NA) most things have to be bought in pairs...hence the name Twin. Any if something goes wrong, it's big bucks. Great thing is that if you take car of it and don't Boost around town everyday, these will last forever!
