Drive cycle after computer reset on 2002 RT 3.5L?

Does anyone know how long you have to drive a car after you reset computer before all the systems will respond? I have an '02 RT with a 3.5L. I had to reset to clear a check engine light on Tuesday and when I went to get an emissions test on Friday it failed because it could not get a reading from the evap or cat sensors. He said I would have to drive it a while for those to have readings but had no idea how long.

I drove another 300 miles or so then stopped off at Advanced Auto to see if they could read my computer. The reader displayed "no codes" I went to the emissions test and passed with no problems. I drove a total of 500 or 600 miles since resetting the computer in a combination of city and interstate driving. I'm not sure what the exact requirements are for all systems to return the the "ready" state but it looks like you have to go through at least a tank of gas to do it.
