Recent purchases - what did you get lately for your stash?
Been a while since we had one of these threads?
Curious to see whats everyone is getting and maybe get some ideas (not that I need more stuff). I'll start - been on a 90's Japanese cars kick lately, so I got myself two old Tamiyas - R32 GT-R and a RX-7 R1 kits. Man, was old Tamiya a bit crude or what?

Re: Recent purchases - what did you get lately for your stash?
I recently bought on eBay a Fujimi Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet and a Revell BMW 507. I have a new Miata and the re-release Fujimi BMW 635csi on order at HLJ.

Re: Recent purchases - what did you get lately for your stash?
Just scored a jaguar XJR-14 which I've been after for a while
Before that this year, hummer and roof rack upgrade, USP Eleanor from gone in 60s transkit and the revell kit to go with, golf pirelli edition 356 speedster, Lambo 3000 silhouette, Lotus Elan Walter wolf countach Porsche 908 And at the start of the year most of the new lambo kits I've spent too much. Boredom while working away and collecting for the future for when the kids are a bit older and I have less work commitments. I think I may sell some of my bigger scale kits but I can't think about not having them to do!! |

Re: Recent purchases - what did you get lately for your stash?
Lately I've been on a bit of an F1 buying spree. Picked up a couple of Ferraris and the Red Bull RB6 with the super detail set. Also a couple of BMWs I couldn't resist were the Beemax E30 M3 and the Hasagewa 2002 Turbo

Yes, I'm picking up both 2002 and Turbo later as well. So glad Hasegawa released these kits. Anyone doing engine trans/kits for these?
