Clutch Problems!
Hey, i went down the other day on my 1989 suzuki gs500e and i landed on the left side of the bike, it wasn't a bad fall only maby 15mph in a parking lot but when i got on the bike again to ride home (only a block away) she didn't go any where, at all and it feels like the clutch may be stuck on and i was woundering if anyone had any ideas what it may be? please anything would help me. thank you, oh yea i don't have the money to take it to the shop 70 dollars an hour! i can't afford it any more :-( ttyl thank you very much

cheak the clutch cable it could be kinked or something

id think itd have to be something with the cable if its always engaged that would mean it had a strain on the cable a fall wouldnt take out the clutch itself im not sure what else though if it looks alright maybe try adjusting it i dunno hopefully someone else can help you

Check the adjustment on the lever... Make sure the cable isn't stretched or anything... It's one of those things it's probably easier for someone else to see... Do you have any friends with experience on bike stuff???

Is it not going into gear at all? Can you shift it without the clutch? If its engaged all the time you should be able to run through the gears. If you can't then maybe you have somthing else wrong. Possibly the shifter linkage got bent on the fall?
