Gauge Cluster Removal

Hello folks, just a question about how to remove the gauge cluster on 99' Cavy.

I took off the front dash part and was able to remove the five screws that hold the glass piece in place, but then I wasn't able to remove the cluster itself.

Do you have to take the whole top of the dash off to remove the cluster? It appears that they're are two screws on the top of the cluster and I am not sure how to get to them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the whole dash with my write up above. The dash it held in place with 2 - 7mm screws and 2 wiring harnesses going into it.
