Maco does it for like around $250 I think. What kinda paint job you going for just basic or we talking one of those 1000+ paint jobs that when you look at the car you start haveing sezers.

I'm sorry I won't be of much help~but I would just remember the saying "You get what you pay for." I wouldn't trust any place like Maaco to do a job worth while. I could recommend a place here..but I'm in Illinois! My advice~save your money~go to a good reputable body shop~and get paint job that will be worth it in the end!

I'm looking at paint right now myself. First things first: Do you want the same color you have now? If so: Do you really just need a touch-up? Like a few spots here, a bumper there??? Or do you want to go with something ENTIRELY different? Then ask around. I wouldn't "go Maaco". Their $250 paint job lasts about as long as a snowball in hell, so I've been told by several people. Find local body shops who will do all over paint. Visit them. Ask the workers/patrons questions. I take my car about as seriously as I would a child. I do the same kind of research into body shops as I would a daycare center.

Maco does kinda suck I think the one my grandmother got lasted a year before it started looking a little faded but I just thought I might as well meantion them. Like I said I didnt know what she was going for, she could be selling the car and just wants it to look good so in that case she might want a maco paint job so the car looks new and when it fades its not her problem. But also as a side note how long a paint job lasts dependes on how well you take care of it to dont forget. So ya I agree dont go with maco if you want something that lasts and looks like million bucks.

if it were me i would definitly paint it the same color...you can always tell when somebody paints their car a diffrent color than it origianally was. if you paint it a diffrent color make sure they take the car APART and do it panel by panel. its expensive but well worth it! good luck!

Well I see that SOMEBODY feels as if they can voice their opinion when they weren't asked to. Especially when they don't even have their vehicle listed or pictured for US to comment on! Integurl...you do what you want and get the paint job you want...it will be worth it! I hope that BeatanHDmyASS is a guy because no girl would say that to another! By the way...isn't this the GIRL RACER'S SPOT??? Get the hint.

Congratulations. Flame again for absolutely no reason and you win a ticket back to whatever hole you decided to crawl out of today. Keep the asshole comments to yourself.

Back to paint, it's darned expensive, but can make or break a car.

don't go to Maaco.. pease pease don't. They don't prep right, they don't paint right, and they don't finish right. I'll attach a pic of one of the chips on my car that appeared about a week after I bought the car, which was about 2 weeks after it got painted at Maaco... you'll notice that there's no PRIMER on it.

Solchick... Yours is expensive because, well.. you show me another car that offers Samba green as a dealer option. :-D It's expensive to be the green M&M!

Back to the chip.. it's now bigger (seriously.. almost the size of my palm), and the clear coat on my spoiler is breaking down and peeling off. Don't go to Maaco.. go to someone reputable. Hell.. come up here and I'll get my body guy to spray your whole car a basic color for about $1200.
