is that big issue about the rear pillar?

I bought an used car. but there is a problem about right rear pillar.
is that a big issue?

information from the carfax

1/19/2004 11,045 Collision Repair Facility Maryland
Vehicle inspected after an accident or other incident
Damage to right rear pillar (Now 67000miles, looks fine ,nothing abnormal)

A vehicle inspection completed by your dealer or professional
inspector is recommended (car had been certificated)

CARFAX began reporting information from this source on 05/06/2005(what does this mean

Re: is that big issue about the rear pillar?

i wouldn't worry about. it was probably cosmetic. obviously it was fixed. since its nowhere near the frame i would think all is well

It probably means that Carfax first received information about this vehicle from that particular repair facility that worked on the vehicle in question on May 6, 2005. Sometimes there is a period of time between when an actual repair is done and the time it is reported.
