Re: Modifications list
I'll get some tomorrow at work. If things keep up the way they are, 18 pounds and three inch straight pipe are not too far off, and I should be getting the epic hook up on a FMIC here soon.

Re: Modifications list
Called up a few of my suppliers, ordered one step colder NGKs, primary O2, new MAF adapter, and a turbo inlet pipe today. Things are moving along nice. My goal is to be running a FMIC and upped boost by the end of June if the local Nissan dealerships don't pull their heads out of their collective asses.

Re: Modifications list
I decided on some wheels finally. Just got them on.
Now, I'm trying to decide on using wheel spacers or not. |

Re: Modifications list
My suggestion is to use them on the rears only. Don't know why, but the idea just popped in the ol' noggin and I was like "yeah brah".
I feel like your front bumper needs a chin spoiler just to give it that little extra. Kind of like the job Torched did for his Ion. I think it would just make it that much more aggressive and stylish. If it is at all possible to do, I think it would work. The GTC looks amazing with your choice of wheels BTW. |

Re: Modifications list
I like the wheels! Our old Golf had those in gunmetal and I really liked them.
Civ, Thanks for the HD lip love!

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. It's odd, the track on the front and the back in the same. The wheels line up front to back perfect. For some reason though, the rears look like they sit in further. I'm going to mock up some spacers and try and find what size to use. The rears are sitting 3/4s of an inch inside the wheel wells. That comes to roughly 19mm. As for the front, I've got an idea for that. I want to make some brake cooling ducts for the front brakes. Thanks. I think they look great. I kind of wish I had gotten wider wheels though. |
