B18 swap question

i have an oportunity to swap a 98 GSR engine into my car for a good price. The only problem i drive a 95 ex with an automatic transmission. Now what all would i need for the total swap(including the GSR's manual transmission) i know i will need shift linkage (suggestions?) a short shifter, clutch pedal, new ECU? anything im missing.

i was thinking about that myself......i am going to get a 97 civic ex w/ auto tranny.......the only reason it's gonna be auto is because it's my sisters and shes giving it to me.......i wanted to drop in motor w/ a manual gearbox, but i was wondering if it would be really difficult........i guess if a shop did it for me, it would be extra charge rite?........any estimates on how much it might be?......cuz if it's a lot, i don't think i'm going to do a swap.........;(
