Truck!

Haven't run it, but I know it'll be slower than 16.5.

Re: 3rd Annual "Where you at" Poll

I'd post the Drag Car's time but it got sold and is no longer in the family so I can't see posting a number for a vehicle I no longer race and havn't raced for well over a year. So this is what I do have some time slips on:

1996 Chrysler LHS - 17.00 sec @ 80 MPH
One mod, the removal of the intake silencer in the tube from the airbox to the throttle bodies, otherwise it's stone stock.

Yeah it's slow, ain't supposed to be a speed machine. But it's big and comfy on trips and fairly economical for it's size. That and nobody makes performance stuff for the Chrysler 3.5 unless it's a Prowler or a 300M and that is just a performance computer to change the fuel maps and whatnot. Then again there is nitreous! :P

Re: 3rd Annual "Where you at" Poll

my best time was a 15.52 at 95 mph R/T of .256
the only thing about that time is 95 is WAY high for a 15.5 but o well. and this is all on a burnt up clutch

91' Escort GT aka 'White Lightning'
Mods: hole in the intake tube and an A/C that never gets turned on.... cause it doesn't work

Re: 3rd Annual "Where you at" Poll

In the sig, but I have been back 2 more times and the best I could get was a 15.1@90...I got to work on my launching at the track..... Can usually only get in a couple runs each time and its been about 20 degrees hotter since my P.B.

I will be modding very soon to be able to drop my pulley to 3.4 and then I should be seeing low 14's and trapping around 97.....Wont be long. I got my FWI on now and it sounds crazy. At WOT that M90 screams like my ex-old lady in a sleezy hotel room at 3:00 in the morning

What was you 60' when you got your P.B. because you have a really good trap for your time I think...

actually there was no 60' timer at the track i ran on. there was only R/T, 1/4 time and mph...

but ya you're right runnin a 15.5 at 95 is a little off IMO. in a perfect world a 95 should be WAY closer to the 14 second area... super slow for that high of an mph

2004 Cavalier Ecotec..

With just an Intake, Exhaust, and pulleys best run was 14.8

With the turbo in 13.9@100 (1st time at the track)
