Re: Nissan 240RS rally
I definitely support the vote for resin cast. All the kits I have with roll cages etc. made of white metal often require a lot of rework or in some cases, outright replacement of the white metal pieces.

Re: Nissan 240RS rally
Oh yes they look nice, but just a thing that caught my attention: shouldn't the white around the NISSAN writing be thicker...??

Re: Nissan 240RS rally
Hi Phil. Maybe you're right. I looked at the photos Tour de Corse.
And there is a white border shown me not wide. Maybe for Monte , inscription Nissan's different? |

Re: Nissan 240RS rally
I think the white should be a bit larger, proof white occupies more space between letters is that yours are a bit offset with paint: your "I" is entirely inside red but on the real car it's half above white half above red.
That's not really a big problem as I think letters could be cut one by one and place with a bit more space between them, no matter if white surrounding is thick enough... And talking for myself I stll think to change for 84 car with big white rectangle under Nissan letters !! You know, real problem is that the more perfect your work is the higher our expectations will be !!! |

Re: Nissan 240RS rally
Hello !
Little new. Glass for the rear lights. Wheels for Corsica Parts wheels for Safari. Wheels still require work and the tire will certainly be made of rubber, it is only a model. And three bodies awaiting layer of lacquer. |

Re: Nissan 240RS rally
So nice... I'm in love, this was my most wanted Gr. B !!
Seeing how perfect your paint is I'm wondering if you shouldn't offer the prepainted option... |

Re: Nissan 240RS rally
Roman, the bodyshells look fantastic! Can't wait to get this kit and build a Tony Pond version as he was a fantastic driver and great guy. He is sorely missed.

Re: Nissan 240RS rally
Hello !
While progress has been not great. New parts are very slow in the making. I can see that our plans to have models available in March, is not real. Body assembly. |
