Exclamation O2 Simulator for and exhaust cut out??

Hey guys i am getting ready to install a exhaust cut out on my new exhaust where you flip a switch and run strait pipes or normal. Since i will be installing it before my cat. will i need an O2 simulator?? I have been told if you remove your cat. you need a O2 simulator to keep the computer from triggering trouble codes. So running this cutout in the open position (as if i was running strait pipes which i wouldnt do often only at the track prolly) would i need the simulator for that short period of time or should i not and just ignore the warning lights.
Thanks-

I don't like these Exhaust Cutouts that well. You can't really ignore the warning lights. There is really no way to get past this unless you get a new O2 Simulator that ''understands'' free flow exhaust. They cost about $45.00

I'll have to look in our book on who makes them. I have seen them before, but just didn't get the name of the make. BTW did you buy your exhaust cutout off RKsport?
