Exclusive photographs of the 2003 4Runner

Toyota has sent us 3 exclusive photographs of the upcoming 2003 4Runner!

The all-new 4Runner shares its platform with the Lexus GX 470, growing significantly in size and offering more content. Expect a 240-hp V-6 to be standard, with an optional V-8.

Notably, the first shot you see was photographed in July 2002, 1.5 km north of Mt. Everest base camp at an altitude of approximately 17,262 ft!

They have been saying in the car magazines that they want it to be " more offroad capable then the last generation" well if they keep expanding the front end and the back end its gonna be really hard to get anywhere off road without getting stuck.

Other than that...nice suv...which my mom would buy the new one..she wants the Highlander instead

Looks a lot like the Xterra... Glad to see the 4Runner is getting beefier looks... old ones were kinda weak looking

Yeah it does in a way look like its designed with somewhat of an xterra style, which is good, the 4runner needed a few new looks.

Looks good
