Water effect that actually moves?
Someone posted some photoshopped pics on here months ago of cars near water and the water was actually moving. Anybody know how to do it? I believe they did it in photoshop.

Re: Water effect that actually moves?
I downloaded a program awhile back called "Nature Illusion Studio" for free from www.giveawayoftheday.com . If you are not familiar with this website, everyday they give away for free a program you would normally have to pay anywheres from $19.95 up to $79.95. It is a form of advertising new or upgraded products for software companies. Anyways the company that offered the product is Nufsoft. The program allows one to add visual effects such as flowing water, waterfalls and other items of nature to a photo.
