1998 Astro Convesion Van Has no heat

My 1998 Astro Conversion Van does not have any heat. The thermostat has been replaced and it still does not work. We took it to the dealer and they said it was a vaccum line, the the hoes. This was all replaced and the van is still not blowing heat. Please advise..

Is any air, warm or cool, moving from any outlet?
