Unhappy Help Installing Cd Player

Can anyone please help. I have searched all over the internet looking for sites that will help me removing my stock cd player from my 2004 civic, but found nothing. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction.

um crutchfield will send instructions if you buy something from them, i think you can just buy them for like 5 bucks too, but id keep asking around.
