Talking my new 1969 impala

i just paid for my 1969 impala 350 that i'm picking up next week. it's an original 327, new 350, new transmission, all around brake lines, brakes, interior. there's a nice list of new parts. it needs new fenders, and that's the most expensive repair it needs. a little interior work and it'll be show ready. here's the original add that i found the car with 2 days before i put a deposit on it.

Looks great. I wish you luck with it. It kind of looks like my '70 that i owned in the late '80s. That's right down the Thruway from me, about a 2-2 1/2 hour drive. You don't see too many of these left in this area because too many owners drove them in the winter, and with our heavy salt usage... well you know what happens then.LOL.

yeah, i know what you mean about the salt, the only other impalas in the area are 10,000-25,000 dollars. i'm 20 years old and don't have that to spare. this is solely a summer car, i have a buick regal that i drive in the winter.
