Exclamation Best1Hobby.com warning

Don't order anything from Best1hobby.com.
Thier site said the item I ordered would ship in 24 hours. It has now been over 3 weeks and they haven't responded to any of my emails. I called them days ago to cancel the order and they said they would send me an email that day confirming the cancellation, still nothing.
So remember, don't go to Best1Hobby.com.

you can imagine how much business they will potentially lose from this thread though, so... paybacks a b!tch.

Thats interesting because I've sent emails to them and I've got back prompt responses. I've also ordered from them and have gotten my order in at least a couple of weeks. So I haven't had any problems with them. Just recently I've placed another order from them and it is taking a bit longer to ship and get a response from them so maybe they're having problems.

Re: Best1Hobby.com warning

I have nothing but good things to say about best1hobby. I've always gotten my packages in a timely manner. I've e-mailed them numerous times and have always gotten a prompt response.

I would recommend best1hobby. Sorry to hear about your troubles but I do believe that your incident is in the minority.

Their service may not be this poor all the time, but isn't it a little odd they haven't sent me a response to any of the 4-5 emails I've sent? That seems like a little more than just coincedence.

Re: Best1Hobby.com warning

Ogryn, Maybe your emails aren't making it through? I know a few emails that were sent to me never made it. Sometimes it's the server or that best1 has some kind of a block on an isp. I don't know, just offering suggestions. Good Luck man.

Maybe another reason for the slow email response is that they get too many of them at once. After all they do run contests as well as take orders and respond to other emails. They used to have monthly contests but then switched to bi-monthly to reduce the amount of emails. So it's possible that they're getting overloaded by all the emails coming in Thats just my
