2006 AMA Motocross Championship
I see Ricky Carmichael took the 2006 AMA Motocross Championship for the 7th straight year on his Suzuki MX. The guy is awesome.
See Press Release Here.

Almost unreal how good he is. It almost seems like there is the "best" but he is the "supernatural". I still wish he was on team Honda though.

Re: 2006 AMA Motocross Championship
Yeah that really bites. Honda should have paid him what he wanted. On the last MX in New York Kevin Windham placed third on his factory CRF450 after Stewart and Carmichael. These bike are so close the deciding factor has to be the rider.

Re: 2006 AMA Motocross Championship
^Very true, anymore the bikes are mostly the same in performance unless like you said you are very very good. But the thing on the Suzuki 450 is, is that I could not stand a 4 spd. But that is just me.

Re: 2006 AMA Motocross Championship
Yup, I prefer having 5 speeds.
Now I've seen it all. Suzuki is pretty audacious. They have a Carmichael Replica RM-Z450. I still can't stand the yellow. Check it out

^ Haha, yeah I saw that in DIRTBIKE magazine. Not a huge difference in the regular RMZ, mostly just looks.
