99 Avalon(1mz-fe) P1300,P0300,P0302,P0305

What usually causes P1300? Replaced all three coils(OEM), 5 month old Denso plugs and NGK wires. Igniter is good. Swapped 2 and 4 spark plugs, swapped new coils. No change. Also the car will run, at 2000rpm with CEL flashing.
I'm thinking the IGT1 or IG1 signal wires are damaged.
Please help.
Thanks

Check resistance of Camshaft position sensor:
DENSO made: (cold) 835-1400 ohms (hot) 1060-1645 ohms
Wabash made: (cold) 1690-2560 ohms (hot) 2145-3010 ohms

Check resistance of crankshaft position sensor:
(cold) 1630-2740 ohms (hot) 2065-3225 ohms

Check resistance of coolant temperature sensor:
(cold) ~2000-3000 ohms (hot) ~200-300 ohms

Check MAF meter resistances (THA-E2)
(cold, 68F) 2.21-2.69 kohms
(hot, 140F) 0.29-0.35 kohms

Check injector resistance
13.4-14.2 ohms at 68F

Check compression

Do you have signals in IGF and IGT circuits (igniter to ECM)? if not trace the problem.

ECM may be bad

CEL blinking is from misfire. Danger of catalyst overheating from unburned fuel.

The camshaft sensor, ect, front injectors are all in spec. I couldn't get to the crankshaft sensor.

I do have 5 volts at the IGF at the ECU side and 12.20v at On position and around 8v at Start, on the Igniter side. I did check the open and short circuit.

On the open test, the resistance started around 2 and went up to 15. Short I got nothing.
