Re: New Yugo coming soon
ha ha ha, yugo, thats funny. They have got to be the crappiest cars out there. I read a magazine article once where a group of students for a school project bought junker yugo's and turned them into completly different things. Wish I still had it. It was a good laugh. Ha Ha Ha. Any used car has got to be more relaible and better built than any new Yugo.

The only thing funny is that you like Chevrolet.

Re: New Yugo coming soon
It's true. Yugos have been rated in reliability (but not in quality) higher than Volvo, Ford, and number of other makers.

The Yugo performed favorably in crash tests recently and its new engine passes European emission laws. Hopefully we will see it in the US again soon.

Re: New Yugo coming soon
didn't they have wooden engine blocks at some point?
Thats pretty crazy to hear a new one is comming out, especally with a good crash test considering all the negative attention. What else is there about the new car? Any stats on it?

Re: New Yugo coming soon
Well since a wooden engine block is technically impossible... no they never had a wooden engine block.

Re: New Yugo coming soon
Yugo is not bad car at all, especialy for that much money, I bet you couldn't buy better one... And speaking of detracting Serbia and Montenegro you can't say a word because your culture is 300yrs. old... George Washington?!! Who the f**k is he comparing to Nikola Tesla or Mihailo Pupin!!! So learn something and then think twice abaout things you wanna say... If some finds himself insulted i am forth sorry, also same thing if I wrote something wrong(gramaticaly).

Re: New Yugo coming soon
Blah... No Yugo didn't, doesn't and never will have wooden engine block or anything else(except maybe interior - some day )... I think that wood couldn't resist so high presure and explosions, even if it could it wouldn't work too long because of friction... Not only that, there are many problems considering usage of wood as engine material... I just remembered it is very flamable... That tells you everything ->

hey, he's selling drugs... i'm gonna try and build me a wooden 455, and if that doesn't work out, i'll buy a bunch of yugo's, open up a yu-go-kart track and save up enough for a real 455... that would be sweet.
