sport headers or race headers??

What's up guy,s, i was wondering if someone know's if i should go for sports headers or race headers for my 2002 rsx-s. I only have a C.A.I for engine modofications and i wanna know before i buy the headers, if the race one are worth it? I know that with the race headers we have to extract the catalyc converter, so the flow must be better and supposely it doesn't make any difference at low ends but when the v-tec kick's in , WOW!! He's anyone can tell me more about it....

With a race header you'll lose alot of low-end torque, not to mention it's not legal to drive on the road. Go with the sport.

Is the gain considerable with the sports one?

The race header will net you a little more top end power over the sport, but IMO, it doesn't make up for the torque loss you need for daily driving.

Re: sport headers or race headers??

Usually for the +05 guys we tend to get CAI/RH. Makes it balance out.
