So your car is over-heating...Check here.

I thought a picture says it all. I am pretty sure as I pulled the radiator up and out of my GTP, why the former owner had problems with KR along with running regular gas in it that caused #4 piston to literally come apart in its cylinder.
If you are having trouble with keeping your car running cool here's a place to look at.

Good post and another possibility for overheating. I think we should move your post to Tips & Maintenance.

Great!
I quit counting the number of times I've heard of stories of guys fixing blown head gaskets only to blow 'em out again plus warp the head after not realizing the radiator wasn't shedding the heat effeciently and hadn't consider taking it out and cleaning it.

Your also going to want to make sure the fans attached to your radiator are working properly, there the main cause if your engine isn't cooling properly.

I would agree the cooling fans are one part of the reason or equation why you may get overheating but not the sole or predominant cause based on my experiences.

If its the fan, the car will only overheat if you sit in idle for a period of time. If the rad is good the car will cool itself from the wind from driving
