Camber, those are some wonderful kits you got there.
I have to throw this in the mix, I have this already planned for myself, but maybe someone might take it under consideration

*edit* this is a Bomex supra kit.

Ok here goes my list.

- CWest Evo
- GP Sports kit for any model [they are all hot]
- Top Secret Supra GT300 kit
- TRD Fender flare and whale tale kit for the AE86
- Veilside DTM Evo6
- Veilside D1GT S15
- Veilside D1GT RX8
- Veilside D1GT FD3S [RX7 3rd gen]

-and how about making resin copies of stock parts??

i noticed that the RB26 and 2JZ motors are very popular here and getting the whole kit that has the motor is either 1. expensive or 2. a rarity because the Calsoni Skyline [which i believe is where everyone is getting their RB26 motors from] is already out of production and the 2JZ motor??? duno... but i'd love to be able to buy just the motor and its bits so i can do motor swaps galore on some cars...

also i noticed conversions are a bit of a trend here...especially the Sileighty/Onevia conversions you'd make a pretty buck for people who just want the front end off an S15 for their RPS13 or vice versa...basically all the Silvias are on backorder on HLJ and it seems like they wont have too many left in the future so making copies would be nice.

- turbo's
- turbo manifolds [i know there are how-to's some where on the internet on how to make your own turbo/turbo manifold]
- intake manifolds [now that the revell integra kit comes with a motor i'd like to get a Mugen intake manifold to go in there.
- disc brakes front and rear. vented and/or cross drilled.
- digital gauges [just copy it off the SARD supra or any JGTC car]

thats what im looking for...i know i'll be looking to get these parts in the near future and it would be great to have them available when im ready for them.

i know its alot to ask for -=oP

Re: What body kits would you like to have in resin?

A Thunderbird LX/Sport front facia that can go on Monogram's Thunderbird Turbo Coupe kit..uhh..maybe a Holden Monaro body that can go on Revell's Camaro Z28 platform, the Mercury Maruarder (sp) that can gon on Lindbergs Crown Vic chassis, and a fox body Capri for the various 87-93 Revell mustang kits out there.

WOW....bringing up an old thread. Well there are already resin turbos (someone aroung AF.com sells them). Exhaust manifolds can be made with patiences. Simple Intake manifolds can be made with a lot of patiences. SAS makes photo-etched cross-drilled and slotted rotors with resin calipers.

As far as the Tamiya engines. The RB26 can be found in ANY Tamiya R32 model. The 2JZ....you should've known that one, the Tamiya Supra of course. Both kits are pretty affordable.

As long as we're adding I want to let Chris know that I'm looking forward to the S2K Mugen kit. **That was supposed to be a hint of motivation He has the hood and hardtop.**

yeah i didn't check the dates on the posts for this one...i was just doing searches for cwest and this is one of the threads that showed up -=oP

anyway i forgot that SAS had those Misc. parts i only remember them for doing the resin bodykits. and as for the motor...i looked at Tamiyas new R34 2003 JGTC Calsonic skyline and HLJs description of the kit says its just a standard curb side kit[no motor] and i currently own a Tamiya SARD Supra JGTC and that has no motor either...or maybe you meant by getting the stock R32 model skylines and stock Supras? i wasn't so sure as to what model to get i've had the SARD supra for awhile and i remember reading some where that someone got their RB26 motor from a R34 Calsonic Skyline...eh...i might be wrong...anyway the Supra and R32s are on backorder as well...i've been to my local hobby shops and they didn't have any R32s either i just remember seeing a VSpec II R34.

either way some people just want the motor...in this case "me" i dont really care much for the Skyline i just want the motor for my datsun! >=o]
