Hong Kong was governed by the UK, so he might have a UK passport and as such could have duel nationality.

I've never ordered from him, but I've ordered from tomchina who is in HK, and he sends goods within 14 days when I pay via paypal. I would only pay by paypal for goods from HK, I wouldn't send a money order, or postal order as they are called in the UK.

I don't think leaving bad feedback has helped you, as you don't know if the money has been cashed yet. If the money is cashed, and after four weeks no goods, then it's time to complain..!!

However sorry if you have lost your money. I actually haven't brought from him due to the bad feedback he gets. Tomchina has hardly any at all, and his packaging is superb. I always buy my kits from him.

If he has not cashed the money order yet then technally you have not held up your end of the deal. You have to allow time for it to get to him, if you insist on sending a money order yo must also understand that this is the slowest way of doing business on e-bay.
I'm sorry but i think that for you to go ahead and give negative feed back before you even find out if he cashed the moneyorder makes you no better than a seller on e-bay who dosen't deliver the products offerd. Next time you need to be more patient.
Hell, he might be on some other forum right now starting a thread about the asshole who never sent his payment but left negative feedback.

Tard, no offense or bias on you or him, just have few ideas that might be able to clear the confusion:

1) What postage method you sent the MO to the seller?
By USPS Airmail Letter (takes 1-3weeks)?
OR USPS Economy (takes 1-2months)?
OR did you get "Register your letter and with the tracking number?

2) For money order, all the banks in Hong Kong takes 3 working weeks (around 21 working days) to cash international money order and the bank also charged US$8 for handling any type of money order. I assume he has notified you about that.

The receipt you attached is good evidence to show you that you have purchased the money order. However, if you have the receipt/ tracking # from USPS for the letter, that is the best way to prove you sent.

I hope you get your stuff soon.

Sellers on Ebay in HK list :
Shipped from Hong Kong, United Kingdom
This way when you search for items in the UK you find them, US sellers do the same Example :
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...970507384&rd=1
this guy is in the US but listed as UK.

I ordered two kits from him almost 2 months ago. An Enzo and an F-50. I recieved the Enzo, but never the F-50. He claims it must have gotten lost in Customs, which I suppose is a valid excuse. He made me wait quite some time to reship the F-50, and claims he resent it, so we'll see what happens. I paid for it via Paypal, but it's been over 30 days now and paypal has always been usless in helping me solve my problems, so hopefully all will go well.

Well I called the guy and he said he would get the kit shipped out to me, so now we'll see if he really does or not. Oh yeah he would also like it if I retracted my negative feedback but I'm not going to do that untill I get the kit...

Re: Possible trouble on ebay

in case it hasn't occured to you, the guy/guys are running a business there.
i see no discrepencies except in what is irrelevant detail in the address (especially seeing as a valid postal address is included anyway)
the phone number.... well, i've never updated anything on any of my profiles except my postal address.
besides, i don't thin he really expects anyone to make international calls anyway....

no offence, but you seem like you are trying really hard to paint him out to be some kind of major fraudster.

Well to me when you are dealing with someone from ebay they should only have 1 name not 3 like this guy. I can understand it if there are 2 guys running/selling it, but then when your getting emails from another person (not either of the other 2 names) it just seems fishy to me since there isnt a company name or anything. Also as a freind pointed out to me a Hong Kong phone number is only 8 digits long not 10. With the way this guys feedback is going this month I hate to say it but I think he is either scamming people or he is selling stuff that he does not have (maybe its on backorder) and if thats the case all he would need to do is just tell you that, then it would be ok, but he doesnt. I mean besides the 29 negatives 18 neutrals there are 38 feedbacks withdrawn, now thats alot of people complaining so its not just me or just a couple of us here.

Nah, I'll just be happy with getting the kit since I already have all the grade-up parts and paint for it.
