Re: Possible trouble on ebay

the 2 extra digits on the phone number are the 00 which is what you would have to dial in for international call, WHICH you should know seeing as you say you've called him....

again, regarding the neutrals and negative feedbacks.
is it a lot compared to the number of positives?
like i said, your record is only maybe 1% better than his.

Actually you have to dial 011 and then the country code then the phone number, but the number he gave ebay is bogus so it doesnt do any good to call it. As for the feedback thing over 10% of his sales "this month" have had problems. I have had 1 problem in the couple 3 years or whatever I've been in ebay so that is a big differance.

Re: Possible trouble on ebay

oops.
00 is what we dial from the uk.

and have you done as many transactions as he has?
and once again, is it a lot when compared to actual numbers of sales?

anyway.
how did you post it?
what kind of money order was it?
how was he going to ship it to you?

Lets see here he has 393 sales this month and 47 of them have had problems with this guy this month, not to mention how many people have retracted there feedback, so YES it is bad. As I said before thats over 10% of his sales that have had problems. It was a regular money order and I sent it by mail, the same way he was/is going to ship my kit. Also I did get in touch with him and now all of the sudden (everysince I turned him into ebay everything is fine) hes going to ship my kit out on the 2nd. Lets just hope he actually does ship it out...

And you may have noticed that three of us here have had trouble with getting our kits. Something isn't quite right.

Apparentlly not, the only reason I bought from him was because at hobby lobby the kit is $50 bucks. If I would have know it was going to be such a pain I would have gladly paid the extra and been done with it.

Re: Possible trouble on ebay

well, i have to say that i'm with the 4000 odd other customers of his that have had no problems what-so-ever.

that is, seeing as how you like percentages and all that, the 96/97% that are happy with how things went.

Re: Re: Possible trouble on ebay

well, why keep "having to say something"
since tardster already got the progress, is this necessary to keep in doubt with him?

so there are 3-4% have problem.

also, tard already said he called the number and that phone number is fake, until he got the real number and already talked to the seller.

Re: Possible trouble on ebay

i'm not doubting him.
heck for all i know, the guy maybe really is a fraud.
my gripe is that he is here bashing someone who cannot defend himself.
that is what is wrong.

there is also the FACT that more people have been satisfied than have not.
sometimes things go wrong, yes and if something had gone wrong, then perhaps he should've just come out and tell his customers there might be a delay but does that warrent being called a fraud on more than one website?
let's not forget that this was done before the situation was resolved.
wouldn't it have been better to say something when everything hs come to a conclusion?

Re: Possible trouble on ebay

so they're having a bad month....
what about the other thousands of positives?

as someone else who sells on ebay said, sometimes he just doesn't get payment through the post and the otehr party insists that it is sent.
sent payment does not equal received payment.

That was what I was getting at. He is having a really bad month to me and I was just trying to warn other here so they wouldnt end up the same way I did. To me personally having over 10% of your sales have a problem is getting out of hand. If you notice thats almost half of his negatives have been this month alone and the bulk of them have been within the past 6 months. With some help from a couple of the guys here in AF I was able so far (hopefully) to get my stuff and Ive been able (I hope) to help a few others with there problems. Thats all I was doing. To be honest what I think may have happened is he sold stuff he did not yet have, as I said before maybe the kits were on back order ( who knows).
