Re: My Mastercard style animated Enzo...

That scratch didn't occur while driving... When the guy was unloading it from the truck he put not one scratch in it, but multiple... And that paint can't be duplicated, which is why it's so much. If a brake rotor can cost $24,000, why can't body work cost $30,000? Trust me, that car is not cheap to own.

Trust me, I doubt you could just go to an auto body shop and have it fixed. You probably have to order touch up paint directly from Ferrari. Hell, you can only use a special oil in an Enzo... If you use anything else you'll void the warranty.

if the 650,000 price doesnt affect you, the 30g for the scratch wont either.

Re: My Mastercard style animated Enzo...

even if you did have that kind of money, would you rather spend 30k from the ferrari dealer or 1k for a good job from a good mechanic

I talked to a guy that works at a Ferrari repair shop a while back. He told me that the paint they use on Ferrari's are incredibably thick and you can't use the regular equipment at a body shop. You would have to have a special sprayer made only for thick Ferrari paint which is why it's so expensive. Plus the paint is incrediably expensive too. It gives them a nice deep color. Mmmm....
