Re: Fujimi upcoming seen on HobbySearch Japan

That 430 Scuderia kit looks almost perfect (will we ever get the engine cover glass without the heater lines?)! The numerous separate engine bay parts will make life so much easier as will the open vents in the engine cover! Also note the separate brake calipers - that's gonna save a lot of time on masking and will look perfect when completed. To be honest, I'm very excited about this release, and I especially like that Fujimi are continuing the product-improvement trend.

WO-O-O-OOOW.

FujimiMonkey's a whole lot more HIT than miss lately. A separate engine insert in the 430?

And I want that GTO yesterday...

I 'm very impressed, by the GTO especially.

I think I need it, badly.

Great to see fujimi improving each time with each new kit!!

i thought the 599 was as good as it gets... i was wrong.... the f430 scuderia is almost perfect

the 250gto is not bad, but pictures dont tell to much.

Re: Fujimi upcoming seen on HobbySearch Japan

I’ll definitely get these two.
The F430 looks great, and with the engine bay parts separated, will be easier to make a detailed engine, and the general view looks amazing.
The GTO looks great! I just hope we finally get a GTO with correct wheels and tires, it is incredible that from 4 different model makers (excluding Hiro’s of course) none has the correct ones, hope the fifth will do, and the engine at least looks very promising.
I’m just waiting to see the R35 releases, which one will be the best? Does any one know yet if any of them include detailed engine?

Re: Fujimi upcoming seen on HobbySearch Japan

The closest to a deyailed engine will more than likely be the Tamiya version but Aoshima would most certainly earn more of my respect if they decide to include an engine in one of theire releases.

Sadly, that doesn't seem to be happening.

The line around the engine hood is uneven, especially the passenger side.

Some more hobby show pics I have found.

Re: Fujimi upcoming seen on HobbySearch Japan

Man, that Ferrari Goat looks better and better with each successive reveal...

As for the GT-R - even though it's purportedly an Inch-Up Disk (or IUD, as I like to call 'em) and that ain't very promising - I'm still willing to bet that this is a really early and rough prototype, especially from how cobby the front fascia looks on the right profile view.

And while the Tamiya kit's kool for its opening hood, something from the finished shots tells me that the Fujimi kit still has the potential to present a bit more accurately overall. We'll have to see.

Re: Fujimi upcoming seen on HobbySearch Japan

Here is the link I was waiting for..

http://www.geocities.jp/hobby_show_a...2008/index.htm

they usually have some good pics...shows more of the gto(although not close up) plus a painted up shot of the Scuderia, also shows the 3 different skylines. Enjoy

I'm still thinking tamiya might be for me on the gtr...aoshima looks ok, but I like the engine, but I'm going to wait until fujimi's has more details released...
