clkgtr roadster and supersport

Hey guys, just thought I would let you know that as soon as our first clkgtr roadster comes into the states we are gonna try to hit a few car shows, so I will try to update you on when it happens, we also just got the option on the red supersport 7.31 litre.

What do you mean an option on the red? I noticed one at Car Classic in Europe for sale. Is this the same car or another? Are the CLK-GTR's that you have mdified for the states? I thought that they were for show and display only. Thanks for your help.

i have another pic of it.....my girlfriend has it tho......i will get it from her in due time.....sorry i haven't posted in a LONG time......haven't really gotten to it......now yes i did sit in and the seats are amazingly comfy! nice and snug, everything is within reach with no real strain but the large block i have to get over to get inside is a little annoying....oh well someone with that car can get over it. The guy who owned it owned a comp company called Schuur Solutions i think....not sure if thats the name but other then that he just sold it to a japanese aristocrat lol for over 1.8 million and now the car is in japan. I think the dude wants a roadster now........THAT BASTARD I WANT ONE TOO!

It gets better...

The CLK GTR has not been approved for S&D. Andhere would be saftey issuesregarding the topless version. S&D is not a free ride for everyone. For example, the 959 sport model has been disallowed although some are here. The reason is that one of cars (Canepa is invovled somewhere), a 959 converted to race, was no aproved. But the car is still here.
I have followed this CLK and it will be interesting to see how this evolves.
