89 camry wagon - good buy?

hello. i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but if not, maybe someone can direct me. :-) i am wondering if this car would be a good buy:

89 camery wagon for sale. power steering, power windows, manual transmission. 201k. this vehicle has some RF finder damage and the rear window broken out from a tree limb falling. I have priced a finder at a junk yard for as little as 20 and a rear hatch for 60. for less than 100 dollars the exterior would be good. It has a great interior still. the car has an oil leak and power steering leak. I have not fix those problems yet. I have replaced the timing belt about 15000 miles ago. has new breaks all the way around and new plugs, wires and distributor about 7000 miles ago. new front wheel bearings and RR wheel bearing about 1000 miles ago. clutch is good, no slipping. This car runs good. Like I stated earlier, it does have an oil leak and power steering leak. I just put oil and power steering fluid in it and drive. never have had a problem with the way it runs.

i would get the issues fixed, but i don't know if it would be worth it. any advice would be appreciated. :-)
