Help! Electrical gremlins!

I really don't know where to start on this one. Recently I noticed that when I drove in my '92 Accord LX wagon the right turn light on the dash stayed on and the signals didn't work on the left side. I pulled all the bulbs and they all seemed to be fine and the problem disappeared till today. If the running lights are not turned on and I step on the brakes the front right signal and general dash panel lights up along with the brake lights and the "headlights left on bell " starts to ring. All is fine if the running lights are turned on. I don't know if it relates but later on the cruise control quit. Here in Western New York the temps have been in the teens and single digits. In the years I have owned this car this has not happened. I cannot afford to take it out of service.

Thanks in advance,
Jon

When multiple problems just pop up, the problem can usually be traced to ground problems. In your case, the ground problem may be under the dash. At least that is a good place to start.
