underglow lights

How do you hook up underglow lights to a full blitz kit...on a 1996 eclipse gst...I tried and they just fall off...do I have to drill them on?

Generally you have to drill neons on. You do have neon tube clips right?

They fell off because neons shouldn't be on street cars! Ha Ha
Spend your money on something else.
But if you must, yes they are going to need some drilling to stay on securely.
