Clifford AvantGuard 5 Help Please

The alarm has started to go off at random indicating Zone 8 (multiplexer input 2) though according to the installer there is nothing connected to the alarm at that port. If anybody has any helpful ideas on what could be causing this problem or what the installer should check for, that would be greatly appreciated by me and the neighbors...

well assuming you had it installed at a shop, they should warrenty their work and check it out for free and fix it. If they dont i wouldnt do business with them anymore.
